Dejan Jovanović, our senior programmer, is on secondment at the University of Donja Gorica (UDG) faculty in Podgorica, Montenegro, collaborating with Prof. Tomo Popović and his team. He is contributing to Work Package 4 (WP4) of the TRACEWINDU project, an EU-funded initiative aimed at improving the wine industry.
Dejan’s expertise is focused on developing QR code labels and the Product Passport, which will enhance wine traceability and authenticity by providing consumers with detailed information about the product’s origin and production journey. WP4 is a significant component of the TRACEWINDU project as it integrates smart tags with blockchain technology, ensuring transparency and data provenance throughout the wine production process.
