Last Friday, our team visited Deurić Winery in Mala Remeta, a member of The Association of Producers of Grapevine and Wines Srem Fruška Gora. As part of the association, the Deurić winery is collaborating with us in the DEMETER project under Pilot 5.1, aiming to enhance the practices of grape production through the application of IoT technology.
During the visit, we had the opportunity to hear about their experiences implementing these innovative technologies and enjoy tasting their exceptional wines 😊.
Significant results have been achieved within Pilot 5.1. The use of pesticides has been reduced thanks to integrated expert modules that provide clear guidelines for the appropriate application timing, reducing the risk of excessive usage.
The DEMETER project and the Srem – Fruška Gora Winemakers Association actively support these achievements and provide assistance to producers in adopting digital solutions.
